• Most orders ship directly from our fulfilment partner's warehouse and arrive within 8–15 days.
• The exact estimated window for your order is shown on the product page and at checkout before you pay.
• You'll get a track & trace link by email as soon as your order ships.

Where we ship

Stowkit ships across the European Union. If your country isn't offered at checkout, email support@stowkit.eu and we'll let you know whether we can help.

Order processing

Orders placed on business days are typically passed to our fulfilment partner within one working day. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays are processed the next business day.

Tracking your order

When your parcel ships we email a tracking link so you can follow it to your door. Can't find the email? Check your spam folder, then contact us with your order number (format SK-XXXXXX).
