Terms & conditions

Last updated: 31 July 2026. These terms apply to every order placed on stowkit.eu. They are written in plain language; nothing in them limits your mandatory rights as a consumer.

1. Who we are

This webshop, Stowkit (stowkit.eu), is a trading name of Botlease, a business registered in the Netherlands.

These details also appear in the site footer and in the order confirmation we email you. You can reach us by email, by phone, or via the form on our contact page.

2. Products & pricing

All prices are shown in euros and include VAT. Some items ship from a warehouse outside the EU; when that happens the carrier may charge import VAT and customs clearance fees on delivery. Those charges are set by customs and the carrier, are not included in our prices, and are payable by you — see Shipping & delivery. We take care to describe and price products accurately; in the event of an obvious error, we may cancel an affected order and refund any amount paid. Product photos are for identification; specifications are listed on each product page.

3. Ordering

A contract of sale is formed once we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable or an error has occurred — in which case you receive a full refund.

4. Payment

Payment is processed by our payment providers over secure, hosted checkout pages. We do not receive or store your full card details. Your order is prepared for dispatch once payment is confirmed.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are set out on our Shipping & delivery page. Estimated delivery windows are indicative and shown at checkout.

6. Right of withdrawal & returns

You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, counted from the day you receive the goods. Any clear statement of your decision is enough; you may also use the statutory model withdrawal form. We refund the full order amount, including the standard outbound shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving the return.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, except where an item is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered. Because returns are handled by our fulfilment partner, the return address depends on the warehouse your order shipped from, so we do not publish one fixed address: notify us first at hallo@botlease.nl and you receive the correct return address for your order by email. 7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights as a consumer under EU and Dutch law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply.
