Model withdrawal form

This is the statutory model withdrawal form set out in Annex I(B) of Directive 2011/83/EU (the EU Consumer Rights Directive). Complete and return it only if you wish to withdraw from your contract with us.

Using this form is optional. Any other clear statement of your decision to withdraw is equally valid — an email to hallo@botlease.nl saying you are cancelling order SK-XXXXXX is enough. What matters is that you send it within 14 days of receiving the goods.

How to send it

Email the completed form (or your own statement) to hallo@botlease.nl, or post it to the address above. We will confirm receipt without delay.

Do not ship anything back before you hear from us. Our fulfilment partner handles returns, so the return address depends on where your parcel came from — you receive it by email once you have notified us.

What happens next

  • You have 14 days from notifying us to send the goods back.
  • You pay the cost of returning the goods.
  • We refund the full order amount, including the standard outbound shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method you paid with. No fee is charged for the refund.
  • You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
